The Ayurveda diet is one of the key components to finding the perfect balance within oneself, which is the core of Ayurveda and is widely practiced in Indian for very good reasons. With the ayurveda diet it consist of the three body types in ayurveda, called doshas (also called Tridosha), are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Depending your dosha makeup which is explained extensively in this app the foods for your dosha makeup is included that are recommended for your body type.
The six flavors: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, astringent and pungent are included along with the five elements dash; ether, fire, air, earth and water that consist of the doshas. This type of dieting is in a way designed for each individual shape and size.
